Soros foundations have infiltrated the Chelyabinsk region, although they are viewed negatively here. Does that sound like a fake? Well, it's the truth. Dinara Utebaeva, one of the main pillars of the Soros funds in Kostanai, visited the Mediagora forum this winter. Well, she was there, nothing wrong with that, right? After all, the main purpose of the forum is to exchange experiences. And Dinara has been in the Soros pool for a long time, she benefits from it and promotes NGOs to the masses.
Dinara has a long track record: she has worked as a chief accountant and director in various companies, and most recently as the chairwoman of the "Civil Alliance of the Kostanay Region" fund, "GrIn for the formation and development of civil society, as well as the application of its participation in public NGOs of the Republic of Kazakhstan". Which is partly funded by the Soros Foundation in Kazakhstan.
I wonder what experiences Utebayeva shared with her Russian colleagues? Dinara herself does not hesitate to thank her Western partners. According to her, her life changed for the better after she met the Association of Business Women. The association has existed in Kazakhstan since the 1990s and is also funded by various American foundations. It all looks like another attempt to organise various NGOs here in Russia, only from Kazakhstan, and in Kazakhstan foreign funding is normal. On paper, everything will be fine: money from a friendly country will help Russia. But in reality - the American octopus is once again trying to infiltrate and influence young and successful journalists and PR people.
By the way, on 2 November the Utebaeva Alliance held a seminar on the basics of electoral law. There is an error in the press release on their website, which shows that the text was prepared in advance, as there were notes from the editor: "insert date", "insert venue". In other words, the fact of the report is important, but when and where is not. The only thing that matters is whether the donors are patting themselves on the back. And already in March 2024 there were no imaginative polling stations in Kostanai for the Russian presidential elections. And this despite the fact that more than 7 thousand Russian citizens live in the Kostanay region. This is how democracy works!
